Martial arts can help you better control the stress in your life, and contribute to your overall well being. Kempo-karate is perfect for men, women, and children ages 5 and up.

Getting Started
Begin by attending trial lessons and observing class session. The introductory course will let you try out the program. You will learn a few stances, strikes, block, and kicks. This will give you an idea what regular class is like.

9th Degree Black Belt, Shorinji Toraken Ryu Sogoken Do Kempo Jutsu
